It’s official. The fifth Cylon is Helen.
Well, color me surprised. This one I didn’t see coming. As the episode went on I was sure Starbuck was the final cylon. I guess that’s what the writers and creators wanted me to think. Well, they got me, and in a big way.
I find their choice to be interesting for a number of reason, most importantly, Helen is dead. Or, at least, we think she’s dead. If I understood the series correctly, the final five cylons do not have the ability to be reborn if they are killed. This single fact makes them all the more special.
So is Helen alive or dead? Right before she was killed on earth she mentions the fact that “Everything is in place… We’ll be reborn together.” Does this mean there is a resurrection center there on earth? Maybe on a nearby planet? Whatever it is, all of the final five cylons were killed on earth and obviously reborn at some point, probably many times as they grow and age just as regular humans do… So how are they doing it? Post some comments below!
And I can’t even get started on what I think about the whole Starbuck situation… I think I’ll let that one simmer for a while.

starbuck is helen and tigh’s daughter.
That is actually a VERY interesting theory that I haven’t considered. What makes you think that? Or is it just a guess?
I think the missing cylon (number 7; Daniel) is Starbuck’s father. I think she is half Cylon
